Welcome!

72 HOURS.  Once you receive your package, if you are not completely satisfied with your purcahse, you must contact me within 72 hours, and I will make every attempt to rectify your concerns. If you fail to contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order, your sale will be considered final and no returns and/or refunds/credits will be negotiated. If a return is warranted, you will be given an RMA# and you will have seven (7) days for the order to reach me.  If I have not received your return within 7 days, all agreements for compensation and/or exchange will be null and void.  The package will be marked REFUSED by me and it will come back to you unopened.

RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN RMA#.  An RMA# is a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.  No returned items will be processed without this number.  If you attempt to return an item without an RMA#, the item will be marked REFUSED and it will come back to you unopened.  Once you receive your RMA#, it must be written on the outside of the envelope clearly visible.  If I cannot find or discern the RMA#, your order will be marked REFUSED and it will come back to you unopened.  To obtain an RMA#, click here.

REFUNDS are only available for orders made by money order, personal check or through PayPal.  If you pay through my Merchant Services, you will be given the choice of exchanging your purchase or receiving a store credit that does not expire.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING.  Once your order ships, there will be no refund for shipping and handling.  If you contact me before your order ships, the amount you paid for shipping and handling will be included in your refund and/or store credit.  You can check the ORDER STATUS page to determine whether your package is IN PROCESSING or SHIPPED.
